Clyde Apollo Community Team

The community team is an initiative which is a a variety of footballing formats which is a step away from our amateur teams in our footballing pathway.

There is a few aims of the community team which we hope to achieve. The first of these aims is to offer a free 11-a-side footballing opportunity in which members of our communities can play in a semi-competitive environment as an initial stepping stone which they can then develop into our amateur setup if they wish. Another aim of this initiative is to work with partner organisations to ensure support and development is at the forefront of this team, and not only will qualified coaches be on hand to help with personal football development, our partner organisations will be available to offer support in a variety of different ways.

As with everywhere else within the club, we ensure that this is a non-judgmental environment where people can just turn up and play football.
